Refund policy

Returns 
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with the tamper seal intact. 
Currently, we only offer physical returns for UK orders. To start a return, email hello@ylwclub.com

Once a UK return or international refund request has been approved; refunds are issued within 10 business days. 
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please reach out at hello@ylwclub.com

International Orders 
For orders shipped outside the UK, including the EU, you may request a refund within 30 days. We don’t require products to be sent back; please gift or responsibly dispose of any unused items. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm approval and issue your refund within 10 business days. 
Please note that this policy will apply once per customer. 

Damages 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
