• Designed to give your skin everything it needs overnight.
• It can also be combined with a traditional retinol serum.

Step 4 - Night Pill

• Take 1 capsule in the evening 30-45 minutes before bed.
• On a full or empty stomach.
• It should replace any existing magnesium and l-theanine supplementation.
