You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the tamper seal intact.

UK orders: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund within 10 business days.
International orders: Please gift or responsibly dispose of unused products. After your refund request is approved, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days. This policy applies once per customer.
